I recently got a new camera that I have
In reality, I have kinda fallen in love with this photography thing. And I do believe my sister and I will be checking into some photography classes in the spring. I really want to learn more and make what I see in my head show up in my camera lens and then show up on my computer. Is that even possible?
So here is a glimpse of Indiana's first snow of 2010.
I really need to work on water pictures. They were all a little over exposed. But the waterfall itself was pretty pretty with all the snow around it.
My Wendy girl sure does love to play in the snow!
I kinda like the ice pictures too. This was hanging off of shrub in our front yard.
Hope everyone is enjoying their winter and keeping warm!

oh what gorgeous pics...
Oh those are nice! It's especially great to look at all the white stuff from the inside on a computer in a warm chair!
Good job
Oh it's certainly possible to get the photos to look on screen the same as you saw in real life. That is the challenge of photography. I think the first shot of the path leading off into the fog is great! It has great depth and I think it's well exposed. Keep it up!
@ Eric - thanks so much for visiting and for your kind words. I spent way too much time today playing in photoshop with my sister. I am beginning to understand a little better. She is a much better photographer than I am (actually most people are at this point), but we have a "date" planned and we will go shoot some together. I will get lots and lots of pointers and a great education from her. Hopefully I will have some new stuff to post in the next week or so.
