Month of Love Day 11

"Love me without fear
Trust me without questioning
Need me without demanding
Want me without restrictions
Accept me without change
Desire me without inhibitions
For a love so free. . .
Will never fly away.
~ Dick Sutphen, writer

Out of the book "1001 Ways To Be Romantic" by Gregory J.P. Godek. . .

#710 - You can get your Valentine card postmarked from one of these romantic cities or towns:
  • Valentine, Texas 79854
  • Valentine, Nebraska 69201
  • Loveland, Colorado 80537
  • loving, New Mexico 88256
  • Bridal Veil, Oregon 97010
  • Loveland, Ohio 45140
Just put your card, addressed and stamped inside another envelope addressed to the postmaster of the town of your choice. Attach a note requesting that your Valentine be hand-stamped and mailed.

#718 - Romantics "work at it."  Yes, relationships require work. But it's not "work" like nine-to-five work.  It's more like an artist working on a painting.  Painting requires skill, time, effort, planning frustration and sweat sometimes - but the work is so rewarding that the artist doesn't view it as "work".  Working on a loving relationship is like that.

*Other suggestions. . .
I remember once when we really didn't have much money.  I burned a CD of some of the most romantic love songs I could fine.  Many of were some of our favorites, others were brand new songs I had never heard of.  I made a label for it, gave it to her with a card.  Then plan a nice candle lit dinner or "carpet picnic" and dance in the living room (kitchen in our case) to you new CD.

(OK, so I think this gets me caught back up. )

Honey, I love the poem you chose at the top for this post.

If you ever leave me, will you take me with you? I love you!
